Dog Surrender Inquiry

Please use the link below to submit information about a dog in  your care you need to surrender. Due to a lack of foster provider homes, we have an extremely limited number of dogs we are able to bring into our program. Our primary focus is helping dogs at local and rural shelters that are high-risk of being euthanized (end of life). 

We encourage you to do everything possible to keep and care for your dog in your home whenever possible. We encourage you to reach out to your family, friends, co-workers and neighbors and ask for the help you need to make this possible for your pet before giving them up.
