Foster Families are hard to come by so in September we want to educate and recruit families to help the dogs in our program so they get a much needed break in a real home environment. |

Yappy Hour at the Tremont Taphouse
Stop in at the Tremont Taphouse, located across the street from The Mutt Hutt/Secondhand Mutts, for a happy hour drink with your dog! They will be serving up a "Yappy Hour" with drink special and a portion of the proceeds will go to Secondhand Mutts or another local animal rescue charity. Yappy Hour is from 4 PM - 9 PM. You can also come by to meet our Secondhand Mutts. This is a weekly event.

4th Annual Muttsquerade
This is the signature event of the season and always a good time! The Mutt Hutt opens its shared space with Secondhand Mutts and watches dozens and dozens of dressed up pooches saunter their way into our haunted daycare. Admission is $10 for one adult and one dog and $5 for each addition dog, adult or child. Food and beverages are provided. More information to come!

NOVEMBER BLANKET & DOG BED DRIVE
Burrr.....it’s getting cold and the doggies need a warm blanket to snuggle with. Donate your old blankets or comforters and they will get great use at the Secondhand Mutts shelter. Donate $20 and we will purchase a cedar chip stuffed dog bed from COSTCO for the doggies to use. |
